My mission in textured hair care is both personal and transformative. Growing up with curly hair in an environment where many salons fail to cater to our community motivated me to create a haven that truly understands and celebrates textured hair. This aspiration came to life with Unity Hair, a salon dedicated to empowering those with curly and textured hair
To fulfill this mission, I trained under Dr. Pauline Patten, a respected master stylist with a wealth of knowledge. A pivotal moment in my career was attending the Bronner Brothers Hair and Beauty Show in Atlanta, where I fully engaged with a vibrant community of black hair stylists. This experience refined my skills and expanded my insights into the industry.
I noticed a significant lack of high-quality, specialized hair products for textured hair and hair loss. In response, I meticulously curated a selection that addresses the unique needs of our community while supporting hair growth.
